Unfulfilled Readings
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your tarot reading request due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, such as technical issues or unavailability of our readers, you may be eligible for a refund.

If your tarot reading cannot be fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible to request a refund. We will review your request and process the refund promptly, typically within two working days.
Non-Refundable Policy
Once a tarot reading has been completed and delivered, it is non-refundable, even if you are dissatisfied with the outcome. This policy applies only to unfulfilled readings.
Cancellation
