Deck Structure
Like all Tarot decks, the Minor Arcana of the Arcanum Tarot is divided into four suits - Cups, Pentacles, Wands and Swords. Each of these suits is associated with certain areas of life or daily activities, in the following ways:
Cups represent our relationships and the emotions that we experience.
Pentacles are symbolic of how we create strong foundations and deal with our material possessions.
Wands are indicative of our creative passions and impulses, as well as our mastery over them.
Swords relate to how we communicate and deal with conflicts.
The Arcanum Tarot Court cards are the Page, Knight, Queen and King.
The Page card shows young adults who are starting to explore the symbol of their suits.
Knights are fierce warriors on horses using the power associated with their suit and Queens are women who employ the suit's symbol to offer guidance. Finally, Kings are older men shown as having complete mastery over their respective suits.
The Cards Speak
