Arcanum

The stunning digital imagery of the Arcanum Tarot is packed with the mystical insights that will allow you to delve into new realms of exploration and intuitive reading.

Deck Structure

Like all Tarot decks, the Minor Arcana of the Arcanum Tarot is divided into four suits - Cups, Pentacles, Wands and Swords. Each of these suits is associated with certain areas of life or daily activities, in the following ways:

  • Cups represent our relationships and the emotions that we experience.

  • Pentacles are symbolic of how we create strong foundations and deal with our material possessions.

  • Wands are indicative of our creative passions and impulses, as well as our mastery over them.

  • Swords relate to how we communicate and deal with conflicts.

The Arcanum Tarot Court cards are the Page, Knight, Queen and King.

The Page card shows young adults who are starting to explore the symbol of their suits.

Knights are fierce warriors on horses using the power associated with their suit and Queens are women who employ the suit's symbol to offer guidance. Finally, Kings are older men shown as having complete mastery over their respective suits.

The Cards Speak

For each card in the Arcanum Tarot, there is a short quote that describes the core meaning of the card. These can be found under the cards image on each of the Cards in Detail pages.

When you draw a card from the deck, think about what you would want it to tell you about itself. Take some time to study the imagery in the cards and read the quotes associated with each to really get to know this deck.

Alongside the quotes, there is also a few keywords to aid interpretations of this card.

This information can serve as a starting point to help you crack the code for reading with this deck.

Be patient when you start working with these cards. Assigning meaning to a card or finding the answer to a query might not come easily at first. It may take a while to decipher what the cards are trying to tell you, especially when you are using a Spread that features a large number of cards.

The Arcanum cards contain a huge amount of visual information, so slow down and give your intuition space to unravel the mysteries depicted. Close your eyes and open them to the world of possibilities that the Arcanum Tarot contains.

Take a deep breath and allow the characters on the cards to guide you in connecting with your intuition.
